Lung cancer with invasion to the aorta wall

A 67-year-old female patient came to the clinic for squamous cell lung cancer growing into the thoracic aorta. Before contacting her, she underwent a course of chemotherapy, which did not bring any visible results. In this regard, it was decided to jointly perform surgical intervention with oncologists.
